1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing notarylinkz.com or using our online notary services, you fully accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided

notarylinkz offers premium online notarization, secure document uploads, appointment booking, and guidance for digital notarization. Please visit our 'Services' page for details.

3. User Commitments

Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
Respect appointment booking policies
Ensure timely availability for your scheduled online notarization

4. Pricing & Payment

Our fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. Notarizations start at $49 CAD per document.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your appointment at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.

Partial refunds: No refund is provided for services already completed.
Full refund: Eligible only if the session has not yet begun and cancellation is made in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

notarylinkz is not responsible for actions by third parties or misuse of documents by clients. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific notarization service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on notarylinkz.com (logos, text, images) is exclusively owned by notarylinkz. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute shall be handled by the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
